Seminars and meetings

The Hotel Relais du Loir allows you to privatize the main hotel room in order to organize meetings or private parties. In the event of special occasions such as cocktails or aperitifs, an estimate must be made directly with the hotel.
An all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast is available at an additional cost.
We also offer room rental by the day for your trading activities (gold buyback, etc.), pop-up shop or exhibition.
Our hotel is ideally located in the heart of La Flèche with great ease of access and parking (over 200 free spaces). Your customers and partners will be able to visit you with disconcerting ease.
